At Arran Aromatics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance and body care purchases. If you are not entirely happy, you can return your unopened items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure the products are in their original, unopened packaging and securely wrap them to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Arran

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal carrier or collection point.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
